Payment

Every appointment starts with a conversation. Once we’ve agreed on a session and a time, I’ll send you a Square invoice with a short written agreement attached. Sign the agreement, then pay the invoice however works for you: Zelle, Apple Cash, Cash App, Venmo, or card. I don’t accept cash. Your appointment is confirmed once both are done. For video sessions, we’ll use FaceTime or WhatsApp, as we agreed when we set the time. If our call gets disconnected, I’ll try to reconnect once. If we can’t get back on, we’ll find another time to finish the session. There’s no extra charge to reschedule the remaining time.

Before you pay, I’ll ask you to confirm you’ve read this page. If we talk about a take-home preparation, I’ll tell you what it costs before you decide. For home and business limpias and weddings, travel and any special requirements are agreed before payment.

Rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds

Life happens. Here’s how changes work.

  • 24 hours or more before your appointment: you can reschedule, and your payment moves to the new date. There’s nothing more to pay for the same session.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment: I’m generally unable to refund your payment or move it to another date. By then, I’ve already set aside that time for you and prepared the medicines with care. Our work begins before you arrive.
  • Emergencies: If something serious comes up, please reach out. I understand that life can be unpredictable. I’ll listen, and we’ll see what’s possible given the circumstances.
  • If I can’t be there: you choose a new date or a full refund.

Payments are otherwise final and nonrefundable, except where the law requires something different.

What I ask of you

  • Arrive on time, or join your video session from a quiet, private spot.
  • When we talk beforehand, tell me about anything that might affect your session, like pregnancy or sensitivity to smoke, herbs, or scents.
  • Let me know as early as you can if you need to change your time.

Before you pay

As more people find my work, a few accounts have pretended to be me. Payment instructions only ever come from me, after we’ve spoken personally. If a request feels off, don’t pay it. Call or text 725-724-8889 and I’ll tell you whether it’s real.

About my practice

I’m Justin Tomas Gomez, a curandero practicing traditional cultural and spiritual care through SoyCurandero, a practice of Ancestral Ways LLC in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am not licensed, certified, or registered as a health care provider in Nevada.

My work does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical or mental health conditions, and I will never advise you to stop or change care from a licensed provider. If you’re under a doctor’s care, I encourage you to let them know you’re working with me, and to ask them about anything that might interact with your treatment.

Before you pay for any session or ceremony, I’ll send you a short written agreement: what my practice is and isn’t, the work we’ve agreed on, any medicines or practices involved, possible risks and limits, fees and payment terms, and your right to ask questions, decline, or stop at any time. You’ll sign it and keep a copy.
